About this project
Reach Us brings your website's contact form directly into the Azuriom administration panel, giving you one centralized place to receive and review messages from your community.
Visitors and registered users can contact your team without relying on external ticket platforms, forgotten inboxes, or unnecessary intermediaries. Every submission arrives in the same administration panel you already use to manage your Azuriom website.
Contact Messages, Directly in Azuriom
Reach Us replaces the traditional contact form workflow with a solution integrated into your website.
Instead of sending messages to an email address that may rarely be checked, contact requests are stored and made available directly from the Azuriom administration panel.
- Guest submissions: Visitors can contact your team without creating an account.
- Registered user support: Signed-in community members can also submit contact messages.
- Centralized management: Review contact requests from the administration panel you already use every day.
- No external intermediaries: Keep the entire submission process within your Azuriom website.
Custom Contact Channels
Users can provide their preferred contact method so your team knows how to reach them after reviewing their message.
Reach Us includes several contact channels by default:
- Telegram
- Email — because someone must still be using it.
- Discord
These options are fully configurable. Administrators can rename existing channels, remove the ones they do not need, or create entirely new contact methods directly from the plugin settings.
This flexibility allows the form to match the communication platforms used by your organization, staff team, or community.
Built for Visitors and Community Members
A user should not need to register, join an external platform, or navigate through several pages just to send you a message.
Reach Us provides a direct communication path for general questions, support requests, partnership proposals, reports, business inquiries, or any other type of contact your website needs to receive.
Discord Webhook Notifications
Reach Us can notify your team through a Discord webhook whenever a new contact message is submitted.
This allows administrators and staff members to learn about new requests quickly without continuously checking the Azuriom administration panel.
- Receive notifications when a new contact request arrives.
- Send alerts to a private staff or support channel.
- Reduce the chance of important messages being overlooked.
- Keep your team informed through a platform they already use.
Rate Limiting and CAPTCHA Protection
Reach Us includes configurable rate limits to help protect the contact form against spam, repeated submissions, and automated abuse.
The plugin also integrates natively with the CAPTCHA system configured in your Azuriom installation, providing an additional verification layer when a CAPTCHA provider is enabled.
If CAPTCHA has not been configured in Azuriom, visitors will still be able to submit contact messages normally. The form will simply operate without that additional protection layer.
A Simpler Contact Workflow
- A visitor or registered user opens the contact form.
- They select one of the contact channels configured by the administrator.
- They provide their contact information and write their message.
- The request is delivered directly to the Azuriom administration panel.
- If configured, a Discord webhook immediately notifies your team.
- Your staff can review the request and contact the user through their selected channel.
Make It Easier for Users to Reach You
Reach Us provides a straightforward connection between your community and your team.
No mandatory registration. No third-party contact platform. No forgotten email inboxes. Just a direct contact form, configurable communication channels, Discord notifications, and centralized message management within Azuriom.
