Protected Project Payments

Seeker includes a protected payment flow designed to provide greater confidence for both clients and commission providers.

When a paid project begins, the agreed amount is deducted from the interested user's website points and temporarily reserved by the system.

The points are not immediately transferred to the commission provider. Once the work has been completed and accepted by the other participant, Seeker automatically releases the payment to the provider's account.

• The client knows that payment will only be released after the project is completed and accepted.
• The commission provider knows that the required points have already been reserved for the project.
• The transfer is handled automatically through the Azuriom website.

A Complete Collaboration Workflow

1. A user publishes a commission offer or talent search.
